General Questions
Can I give Poli Pet Products to my new puppy or kitten?
You may use our products with your puppy or kitten. The dosing will be based on the weight of your puppy or kitten. Please follow dosage instructions on the Boost or Renew label.
Can I get Poli Pet Products to an animal other than a dog or cat?
Our team has only completed extensive testing of our products with cats and dogs.
Many customers use our products for all sorts of different pets. If you decide on your own to give our products to another animal, please remember to start slow.
Will I see immediate improvement/results?
The timing of results varies per dog or cat, so it’s not uncommon to see no immediate changes at first.
Some pets do see results within the first week. But for most pets, 2-4 weeks is common to see results.
It is important to remember that many of our pets have a lifetime of acquiring toxins and developing poorly functioning cells. It may take some time to reverse these effects.
Can my dog or cat take too much of your products?
As with any supplement, taking too much is possible. Please follow the recommended dosage on the product label.
Reach out to our customer support team if you feel like exceeding the recommended dosage for a particular reason.
Can both Boost and Renew be taken together?
Absolutely! Our products are designed to work together and maximum results are reached when Boost and Renew are taken together.
Boost is most often added to the drinking water and Renew is most often sprinkled on the food.

How do I clean the dropper?
1. Wash pipette (dropper) for at least 30 seconds under warm tap water containing a mild liquid detergent.
2. Rinse using tap water with a final rinse using filtered or distilled water.
3. Place pipette (dropper) into bottle and lightly hand tighten.
4. Repeat the process if the pipette (dropper) touches the mouth, hands, or anything dirty
Can I administer Boost directly into my pet’s mouth?
Boost is best to be mixed with water or food then given to your pet.
If swallowing is an issue you may use a syringe and water to dose your animal.
Will Boost make my dog or cat hyper?
No, Boost will not cause your dog or cat to be hyper. Often, the additional cellular energy and healing provided by Boost will result in less anxiety and more calmness.
Poli Pet Renew
Will Renew bind to my pet’s medication?
Our products can be taken with other herbs and supplements without a problem.
However, you should separate our products and prescription medications by at least one hour.
Will Renew stain?
The Renew powder has been known to darken materials that it comes in contact with such as clothing, carpet, etc.
Here are some tips to avoid any messes. Boost can be mixed in with plain greek yogurt, peanut butter, and canned wet food. Take your time and be careful when spreading Boost.
After your dog or cat consumes Renew we recommend wiping their mouth.
Is it normal for my pet's stool to change color/smell?
Yes, Renew will alter the color and smell of your pet's stool.
This is proof that Renew is distributing throughout the body and working effectively.
Shield
What if my pet accidentally consumes Shield?
Shield is safe if consumed after topical application.
How often should Shield be applied?
For maximum results, we recommend applying Shield to paws and other skin areas daily.
Can other pets or people use Shield?
Shield is safe and effective for both animals and people.
